In the company, the smoked cured meat is neatly hanging on the shelf of the constant temperature room. And workers are cutting, weighing, packaging, and sealing these cured meat and sausages, which will be delivered to various places.
Liao Yanfei, chairman of the company, said that the company mainly focuses on the deep processing of agricultural and sideline products and meat products, including cured meat, cured fish and cured chicken.
The pork selected by the company undergoes quality inspection and is then pickled with wild Sichuan peppercorns and smoked with Chinese toon trees through traditional Xiangxi processing techniques.
Liao hopes that friends from all over the country can taste the cured products of Fenghuang County.
Apart from offline sales, Miaolaobiao actively explores online sales channels by conducting livestreaming sales and participating in e-commerce festivals. As the Chinese Spring Festival approaches, online orders continue to flow in.
